Great quality pots and potting mix.

The Orchiata mix is excellent quality (all sizes). Roots on my orchids finally started growing instead of hitting the Better-Gro bark (garbage) and the new tips dying immediately.
The 5" clear pots appear to work well but time will tell if the slits hold the right amount of humidity. I used about 1.0"-1.5" of Styrofoam on the bottom, large #7 Orchiata bark with large perlite in the center, and Orchiata #5 with some smaller perlite on top. Currently watering daily until roots grow big enough to hold more moisture in the pot and the bark eventually begins to hold some water too. They currently dry out almost completely every day with such large bark and Styrofoam in the bottom.

The Orchiata #5 works very well with Cats/Blc/Rlc in 4" pots that need a 6" octagonal basket with the gaps on the outside packed densely with moss to hold moisture. They currently dry out completely every day (even the moss). So watering daily too until that changes. New roots are doing well. They hit the bark and run!
