We try to ship all orders within a day or two of receipt, however, this can change based on work and family obligations.

Shipping as calculated on your original order is an estimate only, and will be adjusted accordingly upon shipping. Shipping is usually less than originally quoted, but occasionally will be slightly more. 

Calculated rates can differ greatly depending on what shipping method is chosen, the size of the box, and new COVID, fuel and delivery surcharges, charged by the shippers. (it's getting ridiculous!)

I ship via US Post office (Priority Mail, Parcel Plus and First Class), UPS Ground and FedEx Ground Residential and Business. I will select the most economical shipping method depending on your order. FedEx Ground cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.

My handling and supply fee is small ($3.50 to $5 per order) and is intended merely to help defray the costs of shipping supplies. This fee is added to each order, in addition to the actual shipping cost.

Please note that shipping internationally can be very expensive and we are not responsible for any tariffs, VAT tax, or customs fees you may have to pay once you receive your items.

If you have received broken or damaged orchid supplies, or you accidentally ordered the wrong product, please notify me within 5 days of receiving your order. Any items which need to be returned should be done so, in resalable condition, within 14 days for replacement or full credit (less shipping & handling charges).
